AI-powered semantic search across and within all your files: images, videos, audio, and documents.
Most search tools match filenames. Vextore matches meaning: inside images, video, audio, documents, and code. Here is what that looks like in the real app.
The query and the result do not have to be the same kind of file. Type a sentence, drop in a photo, hum a melody, paste a document or a video clip — Vextore matches it against every other format at once, because they all land in the same space.
No filenames, no folder trees, no tags to maintain. Say roughly what was in the file and Vextore ranks every match by meaning, across an index that can run entirely on your own machine.
Long recordings are indexed moment by moment. Ask for a detail and Vextore jumps to the exact second it appears, whether that is an hour of footage or a full podcast episode.
Local mode runs the models on your own machine, so files never leave it. Cloud mode uploads each file once for indexing, then deletes both the upload and the vector. Either way, the only copy of your index lives on your device.
Drop in a single file or an entire drive and Vextore builds the index in the background, format by format. Add more whenever you like — it picks up exactly where it left off.
Hold Shift and drag across the exact part of a video or audio file, then drop the selection straight into DaVinci Resolve, Premiere, or anything else that accepts files. No importing whole files, no trimming afterwards.
Resize the panels, change how dense the results are, and switch preview modes until the window matches the way you actually work. Vextore keeps that layout.
Every file lands in the same embedding space, so related things cluster together on their own. Move through the map in 2D or 3D to spot themes, near-duplicates, and material you forgot you had.
Same semantic search pipeline as the app. Type a description, drop in a file, or pick an example; and watch it rank hundreds of real files across images, videos, audio, and documents.
An honest comparison of how today's tools handle the six things that matter when you're hunting for a file.

Index fully on your machine with Local mode, or let Cloud mode do the heavy lifting on our servers. Either way, the compact searchable index is stored on your device.
Use natural language, image queries, or media moments. Results rank by semantic relevance across images, video, audio, and documents.
Three short captures show the desktop app indexing files, finding both individual files and precise moments inside longer footage, and extracting just the part you need straight into your editor.

Search for "cinematic", hold Shift and drag across the exact part of the video or audio you want, then drag the selection straight into an editor like DaVinci Resolve. No importing whole files and trimming them later.
In Local mode the AI models run on your machine, so there is no journey to describe: files, vectors, and searches all stay on your device. Below is the exact journey a file takes in Cloud mode, start to finish. No copies kept, no library held hostage in someone else's cloud.
Files are sent over an encrypted connection to our indexing servers, one time, only from the folders you choose.
Indexing turns each file into a compact semantic vector and streams it back to your app. The uploaded file and the vector are then deleted from our servers; nothing about your content is stored there.
The only copy of the searchable index is on your machine. Every search you run afterwards works from that device-side index and never touches your files again.
